The Contortionist Set August Release For New EP, Premiere “Early Grave” Music Video
The Contortionist have premiered a new song by the name of “Early Grave” with an accompanying video for it directed by Corey Norman available below. The band’s frontman Michael Lessard handled the editing for the clip. The song is the first single to be shared form the group’s new EP, “Our Bones“, which is headed for an August 09th release on eOne Music/Good Fight Music.
That outing will feature the following tracklisting:
01 – “Follow”
02 – “Early Grave”
03 – “All Grey”
04 – “1979” (Smashing Pumpkins cover)
Lessard commented of the upcoming release, which was mixed and mastered by Jamie King (Between The Buried And Me, Through The Eyes Of The Dead):
“We try to do something different with everything we create. With our albums, we tend to work with overarching interconnected themes. ‘Our Bones‘ is a departure. It offered an opportunity to dive into some things we haven’t had a chance to explore, and the shorter EP format allowed us to be hyper-focused on each song.”
Pre-orders for it are available now at this location. The band will be out touring with Between The Buried And Me and Nick Johnston this summer on the following stops:
