Alexisonfire Debut New Song “Complicit” 

The band have since announced a 7″ release of the track which you can pre-order here ahead of its planned July 12th release. A limited edition red translucent red vinyl pressing will be randomly inserted amongst the orders placed.

Alexisonfire and Karl Bareham (City And Colour) co-produced this latest track while Jacquire King (Tom WaitsKings Of Leion) mixed it. Speaking of the song, the band’s vocalist George Pettit offered:

“‘Complicit‘ is about recognizing the unfair advantages that we are afforded as white, heterosexual males. It’s about rejecting regressionist ideas of racism, misogyny and hetero supremacy. It’s about accepting that there is no freedom and no future in a world that is not inclusive.”

Alexisonfire‘s new single “Complicit” has arrived online with an official stream of the track now available below. It’s the second new track to land from the band this year following the release “Familiar Drugs” back in February.
