KNOCKED LOOSE BREAK IT DOWN ON NEW SONG “MISTAKES LIKE FRACTURES” via Loudwire
Knocked Loose have returned with their first fresh jam in nearly three years, “Mistakes Like Fractures,” a breakdown-heavy headbanger from the Kentucky metalcore quintet who released their debut album Laugh Tracks in 2016.
The tune premiered Wednesday on SiriusXM, as reported by Revolver, and it leads two other new songs (“Slings and Arrows,” “All My Friends”) on the band’s Mistakes Like Fractures EP, available today in digital formats and out on 7-inch vinyl May 10. “‘Mistakes Like Fractures’ is about not being able to let go,” Knocked Loose vocalist Bryan Garris explained of the song’s subject matter. He noted the topic was “something we think a lot of people can relate to.”
